(1) To prepare the necessary manpower for high-level study and research related to cancer in Nepal and make this area self-sufficient by providing high-level health services for the prevention of cancer, diagnosis and treatment of people suffering from the disease and humanizing them. A VP Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital has been established as a National Referral Hospital to enable livelihood.

(2) The hospital will be established at Bharatpur in Chitwan district and branch units of this hospital will also be established in other districts as required. It will be over.
